Dedicated ITA Account Management. ITA stopped the NSP's revenue hemorrhaging while reducing the SOI's expenses where a 10GB Internet Egress was ordered by SOI within 1 year of account base move to ITA and 40GB Ethernet Port order on the way. ITA's value added services rendered to SOI resulted in a stronger relationship between the NSP and SOI which afforded SOI greater control of its internet egress backbone and therefore increased the demand for more telecom solutions from ITA.
